Friendly reminder: From now until the end of the year, tourists who come to Hawaii will enter restaurants and event venues similar to Pearl Harbor. Guests who have not received two vaccines must provide a nucleic acid test within 48 hours.
2. 请务必去这里https://travel.hawaii.gov/#/ 申请一个账户（每个人一个）先登入账户，按步骤上传航班信息，上传疫苗注射相关信息或是核酸检验结果，上机前24小时填妥问卷， Email 会收到QR CODE, 须打印出纸本或是可在手机内显示（建议所有客人熟记自己的帐号名称和密码,因为机场安检人员随时有可能请您当场在手机上开启您的帐号浏览其内容） 抵达夏威夷时备妥您的身分证明ID和QR CODE以便检验. 部分酒店办理入住手续时也会要求查看帐号内的相关信息. 如果沒有上傳，到了夏威夷後又要花2小時左右走流程浪費大家的時間，耽误同行参团客人，希望大家務必上傳。
Please be sure to go here https://travel.hawaii.gov/#/ to apply for an account (one for each person) first log in to the account, follow the steps to upload flight information, vaccination related information or nucleic acid test results, Complete the questionnaire within 24 hours before boarding, and you will receive the QR CODE by Email, which must be printed out or displayed on your mobile phone (it is recommended that all guests memorize their account name and password, because the airport security staff may ask you to check on your mobile phone at any time.) Prepare your ID and QR CODE for verification when you arrive in Hawaii. Some hotels will also ask you to check the relevant information in your account when you check in. If you don’t upload it, you will need to do it after you arrive in Hawaii.  it will take about 2 hours to go through the process after arriving in Hawaii, wasting everybody time and creates lots of complaints.
